The best Tapas in town! My friend brought me there the day I landed, but I’ve done my research and was told by a family member, and the reviews that this is the place to go for Tapas. I was absolutely delighted that she was able to take me there on my first day there. It is a pretty small place but packed with tourists and locals alike. Since my friend is a foodie and a Chef in her own right, I let her order. Two of my most memorable food from Tapas 24 and even just Barcelona would be the crushed tomato on the coca bread and the ham croquettes, both are very local and very tasty. So good that when I returned home, I made my own crushed tomato on top of french baguette (no coca here in the US yet). The ham croquettes is savory and creamy. It is very mouth-watering, in fact, I wish I had some now. All in all, this is one of my favorite experience in Barcelona and I would go back to this restaurant each time I go back to Barcelona. BTW this restaurant is owned by Carles Abellan and he is a Michelin star chef. Check out my pics below.
